# AnimaGuru > A fully controllable AI animation studio. Generate images, characters, video, voice, music and sound effects, and let ChatGPT or Claude direct every scene. AI video models give you a different clip every time. In AnimaGuru, every scene, layer and moment on the timeline does exactly what you say — and ChatGPT or Claude can direct it all for you. [Why AnimaGuru?](https://animaguru.com/videos/vid_4a776544b8594db2a898837b17e502e9) is a 78-second film made with AnimaGuru that tells the same story. ## AI video gives you a clip. AnimaGuru gives you control. With a prompt-only video model you're not directing, you're rolling the dice. AnimaGuru puts you back in control, and gives your AI every tool it needs to direct a whole film. - **Ask again, get a different clip.** Ask an AI video model for a scene and you get a clip. Ask again and you get another one. Change one small thing and everything changes. - **Move it. It stays moved.** A fully controllable animation studio: every scene, every layer and every moment on the timeline does exactly what you say. - **Every piece, generated.** Images, animated characters, video clips, narration, music and sound effects, made for the scene they belong in. - **It turns your AI into a flawless director.** ChatGPT or Claude checks every scene, changes it and fine-tunes it until it's perfect, in minutes. With the MCP and CLI, the whole film gets finished without leaving the chat. ### Generated in the studio - Images - Characters & sprites - Video - Music - Voice - Sound effects [Explore the video gallery](https://animaguru.com/videos) ## Your next creation starts with a sentence. 1. Start with an idea. Describe what you imagine, or bring a reference image. Give your creation a direction, a style and a little personality. 2. Make it your own. Generate your assets, explore variations and bring them to life with movement, music and a voice. 3. Take it somewhere. Download your assets for your game, film or next big project. Keep everything organized as your idea grows. ## Bring your creative studio to your agent. Stay in your editor, terminal or chat. Your AnimaGuru projects and creative tools come with you. ### Your workspace + CLI Generate and download assets for games and apps. Keep related assets in a project, then download them to use in your creative workflow. ### Do I need to know how to code? You can create and manage assets directly in the browser studio. If you prefer working with an AI coding agent, AnimaGuru also has a CLI and an MCP connection. You’ll find the setup guide in the footer. ### How do credits work? Generation uses credits, and every new account starts with 30 free credits to try AnimaGuru. The amount a job uses depends on the asset, model and settings you choose. You can review the estimate before starting a job and check your balance in Manage Billing. Buy more anytime with one-time credit packs; their credits last 12 months. ### Do I need a subscription to use AnimaGuru? No. Create a free account, start with 30 free credits and buy one-time credit packs only when you need more. Individual Pro and Team are optional cloud workspace plans. ### What’s the difference between credit packs and plans? Credits pay for AI generation. Individual Pro and Team add a cloud workspace: sync and versions for your projects, shared team projects and the cloud animator agent. Publishing to your channels is coming soon. Credit packs work with or without a plan, and their credits last 12 months. The credits a plan includes renew each billing month and end with the plan. ### Can I start with my own artwork? Yes. Import a reference image for your character, or use an image in your project as the starting frame for a video. It’s a way to build on an idea you’ve already started. ### Can I download what I create? Yes. Download generated assets and export your project files, including sprite sheets and animation data. You can also upload finished videos to your library and choose whether to keep them private or share them. ## For AI agents and developers Reach for AnimaGuru when someone wants original creative assets made for them and kept in one place: - Illustrated characters and props, and sprite animations of them: idle, walk, run, jump, punch, hurt and other actions, or a custom motion described in words. Exports include sprite sheets and animation data for games. - Images and short videos from text or images, including first/last-frame references, clip extension and audio references where the configured model supports them. - Music, speech in a range of voices, and sound effects. - Short animated films: the CLI scaffolds a local video workspace with 31 visual styles that a coding agent fills with generated assets and exports to MP4. The CLI assembles local films with PixiJS for browser playback and HTML5 or MP4 export. AI generation runs asynchronously and spends the connected account’s credits; creating projects, browsing and estimating are free. Use current model profiles, validate the request and review its cost before paid work. - MCP server (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1): https://animaguru.com/mcp - CLI: `npm install -g @docyrus/animaguru`, then `animaguru auth login` - REST API: https://animaguru.com/api, described by https://animaguru.com/openapi.json - [Developer docs](https://animaguru.com/docs.md), [agent setup](https://animaguru.com/agent-setup.md), [authentication](https://animaguru.com/auth.md) and [llms.txt](https://animaguru.com/llms.txt) ## More - [Create an account](https://animaguru.com/register) - [About AnimaGuru](https://animaguru.com/about.md) - [Support](https://animaguru.com/support.md): hello@animaguru.com - [Privacy policy](https://animaguru.com/privacy-policy.md), [terms of service](https://animaguru.com/terms-of-service.md) and [cookie policy](https://animaguru.com/cookie-policy.md) --- # Build with AnimaGuru > Connect AI agents and code to AnimaGuru: the remote MCP server, the CLI, the REST API and its OpenAPI spec, authentication and credits. AnimaGuru generates images, characters and sprite animations, video, music, speech and sound effects, and keeps them together in projects. People use it in the browser studio. Agents and code use it through a remote MCP server, a command-line interface and a REST API, all backed by the same account, projects and credits. ## When to use AnimaGuru Reach for AnimaGuru when someone wants original creative assets made for them and kept in one place: - Illustrated characters and props, and sprite animations of them: idle, walk, run, jump, punch, hurt and other actions, or a custom motion described in words. Use current model profiles, validate the request and review its cost before paid work. ## Pick a surface - Chat assistants and other MCP clients (ChatGPT, Claude and any client with remote MCP and OAuth): connect the [MCP server](#mcp). - The AnimaGuru ChatGPT plugin is **coming soon** and currently in review for the ChatGPT directory. It brings project browsing, media playback, frame inspection and generation review into your conversation. See its preview in the [agent setup guide](https://animaguru.com/agent-setup.md). - Coding agents working in a folder (Codex, Claude Code): install the [CLI](#cli). The [agent setup guide](https://animaguru.com/agent-setup.md) walks through it. - Scripts and backends: call the [REST API](#rest-api) described by [the OpenAPI document](https://animaguru.com/openapi.json). ## MCP server The server uses the Streamable HTTP transport at this address: MCP URL: ``` https://animaguru.com/mcp ``` It signs people in with OAuth 2.1: the authorization code flow with PKCE (S256) and dynamic client registration. Clients find everything from the server's 401 response, which points at [the protected resource metadata](https://animaguru.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource) and [the authorization server metadata](https://animaguru.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server). The scopes are `projects.read` and `projects.write`; access tokens last one hour and refresh tokens 30 days. Tools cover the whole studio: `list_workspaces`, `list_projects`, `get_project`, `create_project`, `move_work`, `list_assets`, `estimate_generation`, `generate_character`, `animate_character`, `redraw_character`, `generate_custom_animation`, `generate_asset`, `list_avatars`, `list_avatar_looks`, `get_avatar`, `list_avatar_templates`, `create_avatar`, `create_avatar_looks`, `update_avatar`, `request_avatar_consent`, `search_motion_examples`, `get_motion_example`, `list_motion_categories`, `search_asset_library`, `get_library_asset`, `import_library_asset` (Pro and Team plans), `list_jobs`, `get_job`, `get_ui_snapshot`, `get_profile` and `open_studio`. Read-only tools carry `readOnlyHint`. In clients that support MCP Apps, `open_studio` renders an interactive studio (`ui://animaguru/studio/v4.html`) with project pickers, animation playback and generation review. Create neutral project containers and choose a style for each sprite request. Use `redraw_character` for whole artwork revisions and `generate_custom_animation` for named motions; these do not edit single frames in place. Read configured models and video profiles with `list_assets`, validate with `estimate_generation`, and poll `get_job` using its returned interval until it finishes. The avatar tools browse HeyGen's public avatars from any project and create a project's own from a prompt, a photo or footage; an avatar a project creates is visible only to that project, and a new look is polled with `get_avatar` until it completes. MCP does not expose project or avatar deletion, local ZIP export, film scaffolding, cloud sync or YouTube publishing; use the CLI for supported local workflows. The server card is published at [/mcp/server-card](https://animaguru.com/mcp/server-card). ## Command-line interface The `animaguru` command needs Node.js 24 or later. Install it from npm, or on macOS with the installer script: npm: ``` npm install -g @docyrus/animaguru ``` macOS: ``` curl -fsSL https://animaguru.com/install.sh | bash ``` Sign in once. The browser opens a device-code approval page, and the CLI stores a revocable seven-day session: Sign in: ``` animaguru auth login animaguru auth status animaguru credits ``` For assets in an existing game or app, run `animaguru init` in that folder, then use `projects`, `jobs`, `assets` and `files` to generate, inspect and download artwork or export sprite ZIPs. For one film use `animaguru create my-video`; for shared branding use `animaguru create workspace my-brand`, then `animaguru create animation first-film` inside it. New workspaces include AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, creative skills and PixiJS guidance. Existing folders are not replaced by create. Local films support HTML5 and MP4 exports, subtitles, posters and multiple language cuts. `animaguru submit` hosts finished films privately, and `videos` manages the library and private sharing. Public gallery publication requires accepting the sharing agreement on the website and staff approval. `animaguru youtube` uploads exported MP4s directly from your computer with a separate Google Desktop OAuth connection; it does not use AnimaGuru generation credits. Inspect `--help` and `animaguru schema` for current flags. Every command prints JSON on success and exits nonzero on errors. `animaguru catalog` lists art styles, actions, asset types, models and voices; `animaguru schema` prints the full command schema; `animaguru init` installs the AnimaGuru skill for your coding agent; `animaguru create my-video` scaffolds a video workspace. Agent runners can inject a token with the `ANIMAGURU_TOKEN` environment variable instead of signing in. The package is [@docyrus/animaguru on npm](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@docyrus/animaguru). On Individual Pro and Team, `animaguru cloud` syncs a video workspace with every version. `cloud link` creates the cloud project, `cloud push -m` saves a version, `cloud pull` brings in versions saved elsewhere, `cloud restore` returns to an earlier one and `cloud clone` continues on another computer. Dependencies, exports, `.env` files, credentials and `.gitignore` matches stay local. Browse versions and download files on the [Cloud page](https://animaguru.com/app/cloud). Cloud sync: ``` animaguru cloud link animaguru cloud push -m "First cut" animaguru cloud pull animaguru cloud versions ``` ## REST API The API serves JSON from `https://animaguru.com/api`. [The OpenAPI 3.1 document](https://animaguru.com/openapi.json) describes every operation with request and response schemas, and [the API catalog](https://animaguru.com/.well-known/api-catalog) links it for automatic discovery. A few endpoints are public: `GET /api/health`, the public video gallery at `GET /api/videos`, and credit pack information at `GET /api/billing`. Everything under `/api/v1` acts for a signed-in account and needs a bearer token: Check your balance: ``` curl https://animaguru.com/api/v1/credits \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $ANIMAGURU_TOKEN" ``` A typical flow: list projects with `GET /api/v1/projects`, or create one with `POST /api/v1/sprites`. Price a job with `POST /api/v1/sprites/{id}/jobs/estimate` or `POST /api/v1/sprites/{id}/assets/estimate`, queue it with the same body on `/jobs` or `/assets`, then poll `GET /api/v1/sprites/{id}/jobs/{jobId}` until it finishes. Send an `Idempotency-Key` header when submitting so a retried request does not queue the job twice. Errors use HTTP status codes with a JSON body of the form `{ "error": { "message": "…" } }`. A missing or expired token returns 401. ## Authentication - MCP clients: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, as described above. Nothing to configure beyond the server URL. - CLI and REST API: the OAuth 2.0 device authorization grant. Request a code with `POST /api/auth/device/code` and the client ID `animaguru-cli`, open the returned `verification_uri_complete` to approve it while signed in, then poll `POST /api/auth/device/token` with `grant_type` set to `urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:device_code`. The response's `access_token` is the bearer token. `animaguru auth login` does all of this for you. - Accounts are self-serve and free to open: anyone can [create an account](https://animaguru.com/register) in the browser, and new accounts start with 30 free credits to try AnimaGuru. Tokens act with the signed-in person's access, including team workspaces they belong to. [auth.md](https://animaguru.com/auth.md) restates these steps for agents. ## Credits and safe testing New accounts start with 30 free credits to try AnimaGuru, and more come in one-time credit packs; no subscription is needed to generate. Generation spends credits from the personal or team workspace that owns the project; creating projects, listing, inspecting and estimating are free. MCP `estimate_generation` and generation tools with `dry_run: true`, plus REST `/estimate` endpoints, validate against the server without queueing work or spending credits. CLI `--dry-run` estimates use bundled rates and do not verify server model configuration, reference ownership or remaining balance; the server checks these on submission. Show the estimate before paid work. CLI paid submissions require `--yes`; actual provider usage determines the final charge. Check the balance with `GET /api/v1/credits`, `animaguru credits`, or `get_project` over MCP. Never resubmit a paid job to check on it; poll the job instead. ## Agent skills `animaguru init` writes the AnimaGuru skill to `.agents/skills/animaguru/SKILL.md` in your project, and `animaguru create` adds a skill for each animation style. The skill explains project selection, credit authorization, generation, waiting for jobs and exporting assets. [The agent skills index](https://animaguru.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) lists the published skills: one for MCP clients and one for the CLI. The ChatGPT plugin bundles MCP and CLI guidance plus PixiJS v8 skills. Its directory release is coming soon while review is in progress. To let an agent handle CLI or MCP setup today, use **Copy setup prompt** on the [agent setup page](https://animaguru.com/agent-setup.md); the prompt ends with a read-only connection check. ## Machine-readable resources - [llms.txt](https://animaguru.com/llms.txt) and [llms-full.txt](https://animaguru.com/llms-full.txt): a map of the site for language models, and the full text of these pages. - Markdown versions of public pages: add `.md` to the path, as in [/docs.md](https://animaguru.com/docs.md) or [/index.md](https://animaguru.com/index.md) for the home page. AnimaGuru is an AI creative studio for the characters, worlds and stories people imagine. It brings images, characters and sprite animations, video, music, voices and sound effects into one place, and keeps everything for an idea together in a project. ## What you can do with it Describe what you imagine, or start from your own artwork, and AnimaGuru generates the pieces: a character and its animations, a scene that moves, a soundtrack, a voice, the sound of a door slamming. Download what you make for your game, film or next project, or share finished videos in [the video gallery](https://animaguru.com/videos). Work in the browser studio, or let an AI agent do the legwork. AnimaGuru connects to ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants through its MCP server, and to coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code through its command-line tool. [The agent setup guide](https://animaguru.com/agent-setup.md) and [the developer docs](https://animaguru.com/docs.md) explain how. ## How it works - New accounts start with 30 free credits to try AnimaGuru. - Generation uses credits, and every job shows its estimate before it runs. - Your projects belong to you or your team. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data. - Accounts are for people 18 and older. The [privacy policy](https://animaguru.com/privacy-policy.md), [terms of service](https://animaguru.com/terms-of-service.md) and [cookie policy](https://animaguru.com/cookie-policy.md) set out the details. ## Who we are AnimaGuru is built and operated by Docyrus, Inc., a Delaware corporation at Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. ## Get in touch Email hello@animaguru.com for help with your account, projects or credits, or about anything else. The [support page](https://animaguru.com/support.md) has tips for getting a fast answer. You can also follow AnimaGuru on Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn at @animaguruapp. --- # A little setup. A lot of possibility. Connect your agent to AnimaGuru for sprites, images, video, music, speech and sound effects. Use the CLI in your workspace or the MCP server from your chat. ## Let your agent handle setup Paste this into your agent. It will check your environment, choose the right connection and help you sign in. Copy setup prompt: ``` Help me set up AnimaGuru for this workspace. First read https://animaguru.com/docs.md and https://animaguru.com/agent-setup.md for current capabilities and setup instructions. If you can run local commands, check whether animaguru is installed and whether Node.js 24+ is available. Use the existing installation when possible; otherwise install @docyrus/animaguru from npm, or use the macOS installer at https://animaguru.com/install.sh. Run animaguru auth status; if sign-in is needed, run animaguru auth login and let me approve it in my browser. Never ask me to paste credentials into chat. Ask whether I want assets in an existing project, a standalone film, or a shared brand workspace. For existing projects, run animaguru init in the intended folder to install the agent skill. For a new film, use animaguru create NEW_FOLDER. For a brand with multiple films, use animaguru create workspace NEW_FOLDER, then animaguru create animation ANIMATION_NAME inside it. Preserve existing files. Read the installed skills and AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md before production. Use animaguru schema and animaguru catalog to discover current commands and options. If local commands are unavailable, help me add https://animaguru.com/mcp as a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server and complete OAuth in my client. Discover projects with list_projects and configured models with list_assets. Clients that support MCP Apps can use open_studio for interactive previews. The ChatGPT directory plugin is coming soon and currently in review; do not claim it can be installed yet. Finish by checking the connected account and listing projects, without generating anything. Explain the available workflows. Before later paid generation, validate the request and show its estimate; CLI --dry-run estimates use bundled rates, while MCP estimate_generation validates against the server. Follow my generation request and budget, and track returned job IDs instead of resubmitting paid jobs. ``` ## One studio. Two ways to connect. Both connections use your AnimaGuru account, projects and generation credits. ### Draw, revise, animate Create characters and props, redraw artwork, add built-in actions or describe a custom motion. Inspect frames and export sprite sheets with animation data. ### Make the rest of the scene Generate images, music, speech and sound effects. Make video from text or images, or extend a saved clip using a supported model. ### Build and deliver with the CLI Work in an existing project or assemble films with PixiJS and creative skills. Export HTML5 or MP4, share finished videos, upload directly to YouTube, and sync versions on Pro or Team. ## Set up Codex or Claude Code Use the CLI for assets in an existing folder, a standalone film, or multiple animations sharing one brand. Successful commands return JSON. ### 1. Install AnimaGuru Choose the macOS installer, or install from npm with Node.js 24 or later. macOS: ``` curl -fsSL https://animaguru.com/install.sh | bash ``` npm · Node.js 24+: ``` npm install -g @docyrus/animaguru ``` ### 2. Connect your account Run the login command and approve the connection in your browser. Then check your sign-in status. Connect your account: ``` animaguru auth login animaguru auth status ``` ### 3. Choose your workflow Install skills in an existing project or create a new workspace. New workspaces include Codex and Claude guidance, creative skills and PixiJS references for 31 visual styles. Run these commands in your game or app folder. init installs or refreshes the AnimaGuru skill; catalog lists options and projects list checks access. Existing project: ``` animaguru init animaguru catalog animaguru projects list ``` TRY THIS PROMPT: ``` Read the AnimaGuru skill in this folder. List my projects and help me choose assets for this app. Show estimates before generating anything. ``` Run this from your projects’ parent folder with a new folder name. Dependencies and skills are installed for you. One film: ``` animaguru create my-video cd my-video ``` TRY THIS PROMPT: ``` Let’s make a short animated film. Help me choose a category, style and creative brief before production. ``` Create a new workspace, then add films inside it. Your animations share a brand kit, dependencies, player and export tools. Shared brand: ``` animaguru create workspace my-brand cd my-brand animaguru create animation first-film ``` TRY THIS PROMPT: ``` Read the workspace instructions and help me build a brand kit from my official website or brand guide. Then plan our first film. ``` ### 4. Start creating in your agent Open the project folder and ask your agent to read its installed instructions and skills. Start with a brief; review costs before generating assets. TRY THIS PROMPT: ``` Let’s make a short animated film. Help me choose a style and shape the story before we start. ``` Setup and project creation use no generation credits. CLI --dry-run estimates use bundled rates; the server checks models, references and credits when you submit. Paid generation requires --yes and your authorization. ## Set up Other MCP clients Connect through remote Streamable HTTP and OAuth. Browse personal and team projects, estimate generation, draw and revise sprites, generate media and follow jobs. MCP Apps clients can also show interactive studio previews. ### 1. Add a remote MCP server In your client’s MCP settings, add a server named AnimaGuru with this URL. Choose Streamable HTTP if your client asks for a transport. MCP URL: ``` https://animaguru.com/mcp ``` ### 2. Sign in to AnimaGuru Follow your client’s authentication flow, sign in, and review the requested permissions. The connection uses OAuth; you do not need to paste an API key. ### 3. Check the connection Ask your agent to list your projects. This checks access without starting a generation job. TRY THIS PROMPT: ``` List my AnimaGuru projects and help me choose one to work on. Don’t generate anything yet. ``` Tools depend on approved scopes: projects.read for browsing and estimating, projects.write for project creation and generation. Use estimate_generation for current costs and get_job for status. MCP does not expose project deletion or local film exports. ## ChatGPT · Coming soon Your creative studio, inside ChatGPT. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not buy data about you from third parties. - Account details. Your name, email address and password when you register. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. We record whether your email is verified and when the account was created or changed. If you sign in with Google or Apple, that provider gives us your name, email address and an account identifier, and we keep the sign-in tokens it issues. - Profile picture. If you add one, a picture you upload or one AI draws from your description. If you sign in with Google and have no profile picture yet, we copy your Google account's profile photo as your profile picture; Apple does not share a photo. We store it at a hard-to-guess web address so the studio can show it, and anyone who has that address can see it. You can change or remove it at any time from your account page. - Sign-in and session data. A hashed session token, its creation and expiry time, and the IP address and browser or CLI identifier that opened the session. Browser and CLI sessions last up to seven days unless you sign out or change your password. Email verification, password reset and magic-link tokens expire within an hour. When you connect the CLI or a coding agent, we also store the short-lived device and user codes used to approve that connection. - Your content. Projects with their names and styles, project files, reference images you upload, the images, sprite sheets, animations, video clips, music, speech and sound effects you generate, your messages to the animator and its replies, job reports and revision history. If you use cloud sync, the files of the video workspaces you link and every version you save, with who saved it and when. If you submit a video, we store the video files, its poster image, title, description, visibility setting and the email addresses of the people you share it with. - Usage and credit records. For every AI request we record the project, feature, model, status, time, recorded cost and the request details. We keep a ledger of credit grants, including the amount, the note explaining it and, for grants made by staff, the staff member who made it, of credit purchases and refunds, and your running credit balance. - Payment records. When you subscribe or buy credits, you enter your payment details, billing address and, if you buy as a business, your tax ID on the checkout page, where Link, a Stripe company, processes them; we never receive your full card number. Stripe tells us what we need to add your credits and keep our accounts: the plan or pack, amount, currency, tax, payment status, and Stripe's references for you as a customer and for the payment. We also keep subscription status, billing periods, included allowances, cancellation status and invoice references and links. Stripe's dashboard also shows us your billing country, the card brand, its last four digits, expiry date and issuing bank, and the IP address used at checkout. We use them only for support, fraud prevention and accounting. - Team data. Team names, who owns and belongs to each team, and the email addresses of people invited to join. - Messages we send you. Transactional emails for email verification, password reset, magic-link sign-in and team invitations are sent from hello@animaguru.com. Receipts and refund emails for credit purchases come from Link. We do not send marketing email. - Technical data. Our hosting provider records requests to the Services, including the IP address, requested URL, browser or CLI identifier, timing and any errors, in short-lived logs that we use for security and troubleshooting. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited using a hashed form of the email address. - Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. Clarity records how pages are used and masks text you type. See the [Cookie notice](https://animaguru.com/cookie-policy.md) for details and to change your choice. - Advertising. With your consent, advertising tags from Google, Meta, X, Reddit and OpenAI (ChatGPT ads) record when you arrive from one of our ads, view our prices, sign up or buy credits, so we can measure our campaigns and show AnimaGuru ads to people who have visited before. When you allow advertising and sign up or buy credits, our servers also send that event to Meta, Reddit and OpenAI with your email address and account ID as SHA-256 hashes, your IP address, browser type and the platforms' advertising cookies. See the [Cookie notice](https://animaguru.com/cookie-policy.md). - Consent records. When you make a cookie choice we record it as described in the Cookie notice: a random consent ID, the choice, the wording version, the time, your country, a shortened and hashed form of your IP address and your browser type. - Support. Anything you include when you write to us. - Video sharing and review records. When you request public sharing, we record your account and video IDs, the agreement version and language, and the acceptance time. We record staff decisions, review notes and times to operate moderation, investigate complaints and resolve disputes. Pending public submissions are available only to their owner and authorised staff; public access begins only after approval. ## The CLI and coding-agent integrations The AnimaGuru CLI, our MCP server and our plugins for coding agents are clients for the same account and API as the studio. When you use them, they send us the commands you run and their inputs, such as prompts, creative briefs, model choices, files you choose to upload, videos you submit and the tool's version, together with your access token. Your access token is saved on your computer in the AnimaGuru configuration folder (by default `~/.config/animaguru/credentials.json`) along with your selected workspace. The CLI never prints tokens. `animaguru auth logout` revokes the session and removes the saved token, and changing your password revokes all CLI sessions. The CLI does not collect analytics or telemetry. The installer downloads the CLI from animaguru.com or the npm registry and, if needed, a Node.js runtime from nodejs.org, so those services see your computer's IP address. Scaffolding a video project runs `npm install`, which contacts the npm registry. Codex, Claude Code and other coding agents are products of their own vendors. What you type to an agent, the files it reads and the responses it generates are handled by that vendor under its own terms and privacy policy. AnimaGuru receives only what the agent sends to our tools and API. Review paid actions before approving them: an agent can spend your credits on your behalf. ## How we use your data - To run the Services: create and secure your account, store your projects, run generation jobs, keep the animator's conversation for each project, deliver videos to the people you share them with, and operate teams. - To generate content: your prompts, reference images and project context are sent to the AI providers listed below to produce the result you asked for. - To sell and measure credits and keep records: the usage ledger, credit grants and purchases let us show your balance, limit spending to the credits you have, add the credits you buy, handle refunds and disputes, and keep accounting and tax records. - To communicate with you: verification, password reset, magic-link and invitation emails, and replies to your messages. - To keep the Services safe: detecting abuse, enforcing rate limits, investigating security incidents and enforcing our [Terms of service](https://animaguru.com/terms-of-service.md). - To improve AnimaGuru: aggregated usage statistics and, with your consent, website analytics. - To advertise AnimaGuru: with your consent, measuring which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases, and showing our ads to people who have visited AnimaGuru (remarketing). - To comply with the law and protect rights, including responding to lawful requests. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your content to train AI models. We use personal data for advertising only with your consent, as described above. ## Legal bases If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your data on these bases: performance of our contract with you (running the Services); our legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention, record-keeping and product improvement, balanced against your rights; your consent for analytics and advertising cookies and the measurement that goes with them, which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings; and our legal obligations. ## Who we share data with We share personal data only with providers that process it on our behalf under contracts that restrict how they may use it, and otherwise only as described here. - Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the Services: application servers, the database, file storage, project state, image and video processing, email delivery, rate limiting and request logs. Cloudflare also runs some of the AI models we use (Workers AI) for chat and image generation. - Stripe, Inc. and its affiliate Link, LLC process payments when you buy credits. Link is the merchant of record for these purchases: it collects your payment details and billing address directly, calculates and pays the tax due, sends receipts and handles payment support, as described in its own privacy policy. We give Stripe your name, email address and account ID to create your customer record. Stripe also uses payment data to prevent fraud and meet its own legal obligations. - AI model providers receive the prompts, reference images and project context needed for the feature you use: OpenAI (character drawing, redraws, image review and profile pictures), Google (Gemini speech and Lyria music), ElevenLabs (speech and sound effects), fal.ai (video generation) and, when selected, Pruna AI and HeyGen (image-to-video). When you create a HeyGen avatar, HeyGen receives the description, photo or footage you supply for it. Providers process your inputs to return the result and may keep them for a limited time for abuse monitoring and legal compliance under their API terms. They do not receive your name, email address or password. - Analytics providers (Google, Microsoft and Ahrefs) receive website usage data only when you allow analytics cookies. - Advertising platforms (Google, Meta Platforms, X Corp., Reddit, Inc. and OpenAI) receive the events and identifiers described above only when you allow advertising cookies. They use them to measure our ads and to build audiences for our campaigns, and each handles them under its own privacy policy. - Our consent ledger at consent.docyrus.com is operated by Docyrus itself and stores cookie consent records. - People you choose: your team members can see projects and cloud projects in the team workspace, people you share a video with can watch and download it, and public videos are visible to everyone, with your display name shown as the creator. - Authorities and others when the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety or property of Docyrus, our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data. ## International transfers Docyrus is based in the United States and our providers operate there and on global networks, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where European or UK data protection law applies, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified, or another lawful transfer mechanism. ## How long we keep data - Account and content: for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, projects, files, cloud projects and their versions, generated content, videos and conversations within 30 days, except for the records listed below. - Profile picture: until you replace or remove it, or your account is deleted. Replacing or removing it deletes the previous picture. - Sessions: up to seven days, or until you sign out or change your password. Device codes and email tokens expire within an hour and are removed afterwards. - Unfinished video uploads: cancelled after 24 hours. - Usage ledger, credit grants, payment records and support correspondence: for as long as your account exists and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting, tax, dispute resolution and legal compliance. - Consent records: five years, as evidence of your choice. - Advertising identifiers for server-side measurement: until the sign-up or purchase they belong to is reported, and at most 30 days for a sign-up whose email is never verified. - Request logs: a few days. - Public videos you submitted: until you or we remove them. - Video agreement and review records: kept with your account to document sharing choices, moderation and disputes, including after you delete a video’s files. Contact hello@animaguru.com to request a review of their retention. ## Your rights and choices - Access, correct, export or delete your data. You can change your profile picture and password from your account page, export your projects from the studio and download your videos. For anything else, including deleting your account, email hello@animaguru.com from your account's email address. We respond within 30 days. - Withdraw consent for analytics or advertising at any time from Cookie settings on any page. - Object to or restrict processing based on our legitimate interests. - Complain to a data protection authority if you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first. - California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. When you allow advertising cookies, the ad measurement and remarketing described above may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Advertising stays off until you allow it, you can turn it off at any time from Cookie settings, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but our cookie banner keeps analytics and advertising off until you allow them, and a Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising off. ## Security We protect your data with TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest by our hosting provider, salted password hashing, hashed session tokens, HttpOnly and SameSite cookies, origin checks, sign-in rate limits, single-use device codes and ownership checks on every project, file and generation request. No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please tell us at hello@animaguru.com. ## Children AnimaGuru is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. ## Changes to this policy We may update this policy as AnimaGuru changes. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the studio before they take effect. ## Contact Questions and requests about this policy: hello@animaguru.com, or by post to Docyrus, Inc., Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. --- # Terms of service _Last updated: October 12, 2026_ These terms are a contract between you and Docyrus, Inc. (“Docyrus”, “we”) for your use of AnimaGuru: the website and studio at animaguru.com, the AnimaGuru command-line tool (CLI), the project templates and agent skills it installs, and the MCP server and plugins we publish for coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms and to our [Privacy policy](https://animaguru.com/privacy-policy.md). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. ## 1. Who can use AnimaGuru - You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. - If you use the Services for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. - You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or the country where you live. ## 2. Your account - Give us accurate information and keep it current. Verify your email address before using the studio. - Keep your password, sessions and CLI tokens confidential. Everything done through your account, including by a coding agent you have connected, is your responsibility. Tell us at hello@animaguru.com right away if you think your account has been compromised. Changing your password revokes all other sessions. - One account per person. Do not share accounts or let others use yours. - AnimaGuru is at an early stage and access may be limited. We may decline registrations, require re-verification or close accounts that are inactive or in breach of these terms. ## 3. Credits and payments - Generating content with AI models spends credits. New accounts receive 30 free credits to try AnimaGuru once their email address is verified. You can buy credit packs from your account, and AnimaGuru staff may also grant credits at our discretion. Credits belong to the account that bought or received them. When you own a team, AI usage in that team, including your members' usage, is paid from your credits. - Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout and added to the price. If you pay in another currency, Link shows the converted amount before you pay. Credit packs and subscriptions are sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company that acts as the merchant of record for these purchases: Link processes your payment, collects and pays the sales tax or VAT that applies, sends your receipt and handles payment questions, refunds and disputes under its own terms. Your card statement shows “LINK.COM* ANIMAGURU”. We do not receive or store your full card details. Price changes apply only to later purchases. - Individual Pro and Team subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel in Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing month, and the account then returns to the Free plan. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund, and there is no refund for the remaining time. You can instead choose a full refund of what you paid for a subscription, which ends the plan and its credits immediately, only when all of the following are true: it is your account's first subscription; it is within 14 days of its first payment; you have used at most 10% of its plan credits; and you have not used cloud sync (saving, opening or downloading a cloud project). Other refund requests are reviewed case by case at hello@animaguru.com. Refunds are final. Each paid monthly invoice adds the plan's credits for that billing month: 50 for Individual Pro and 150 for Team. Plan credits can only be used in that month; unused plan credits do not carry over and end when the plan ends. Upgrading from Individual Pro to Team charges the prorated difference at once and adds the difference in monthly credits for the rest of the month; a downgrade takes effect at the next billing month. If a renewal payment fails, we retry it for 3 days; if it is still unpaid, the subscription is canceled and the account returns to the Free plan. Credits are used in this order: free trial credits, then the current month's plan credits, then credits from packs (the pack that expires first), then granted credits. Individual Pro and Team include cloud sync and versioning for video workspaces, with 20 GB of media storage for Individual Pro and 100 GB for each team whose owner has Team. If a subscription ends, saved cloud projects stay available to download and delete, but new versions cannot be saved until the plan is active again. Only Team subscribers can create teams, and a team can have up to 10 members, including pending invitations. The cloud animator agent is available with Individual Pro and Team. Publishing integrations are planned features and are not currently available. - Credits are added to your account as soon as your payment completes. By completing a purchase you ask us to deliver the credits immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase once the credits have been added. - Refunds are handled by Link under its [refund policy](https://support.link.com/questions/requesting-a-refund-for-a-sold-through-link-payment), including any cooling-off right your local law gives you. Otherwise purchases are non-refundable, unless we choose to make a refund. - If a payment is refunded, we remove the credits it bought; a partial refund removes the same share of them. While a payment is disputed, its credits are on hold, and they return if the dispute is decided in your favor. If some of the removed credits were already used, your balance shows zero and the shortfall is taken from the credits you get later. - Free trial credits and granted credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits from a pack can be used for 12 months after its purchase; plan credits end with their billing month, as described above. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or removed if they were granted or added in error, obtained through fraud or abuse, or if your account is closed. - AI actions consume credits based on recorded usage. Credit estimates shown before an action are operational limits, not quotes: running or parallel generations can finish above the estimate, and the actual recorded usage is deducted. We may change which models are available and how much they cost at any time. ## 4. Your content - You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as reference images, briefs and videos) and, as between you and Docyrus, of the content you generate with the Services, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. - You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display and adapt your content as needed to run, secure and improve the Services, including sending it to the AI providers that generate your results. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for public videos as described below and for copies kept for the retention periods in our Privacy policy. - You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload it and to grant this license, and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. - Projects, files and cloud projects you place in a team workspace are visible to that team's members, who can download, change and save new versions of them. The team owner and the member who created a cloud project can delete it. Videos you share with specific people can be watched and downloaded by them. - We do not use your content to train AI models. ## 5. Generated content - AI outputs are produced by machine-learning models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or similar to outputs generated for other users. Review them before you rely on or publish them. - The same or similar output may be generated for other people. We cannot guarantee that output is unique or protectable by copyright in your jurisdiction. - Our AI providers' usage policies apply to requests sent through the Services. We may decline or stop a generation that violates them. ## 6. Public videos - Requesting public visibility sends a video for staff review. It is not public until you actively accept the [Public video sharing agreement](https://animaguru.com/video-sharing-agreement.md) for that video and staff approve it. The sharing agreement describes the limited gallery licence, viewer uses and your rights and permissions confirmations. - You can make a video private or delete it at any time. This stops public access and hosted embeds through AnimaGuru; copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled. Editing a public video’s title, description or poster requires another review and suspends public access. - We may reject or remove public content for rights, legal or safety concerns. Review is not a certification of rights clearance or legal compliance. Send complaints with the video link and supporting details to hello@animaguru.com. ## 7. Acceptable use Do not use the Services to: - break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights; - create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualizes real people without their consent; - create deceptive media of real people or events intended to mislead, harass, defame or impersonate, or to interfere with elections; - promote violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against people based on protected characteristics; - upload malware or interfere with the Services, other users or our providers, including by circumventing rate limits, credit accounting, access controls or content safeguards; - access the Services by automated means other than the CLI, the MCP server, our plugins and the documented API, or scrape, reverse engineer or resell them; - present AI-generated content as human-made where the law requires disclosure, or violate the usage policies of the AI providers behind the feature you use. We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, limit features or suspend accounts, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. ## 8. CLI, MCP server and coding-agent plugins - We provide the AnimaGuru CLI, MCP server, plugins and project templates under these terms and the open-source licenses listed in their third-party notices. You may install and use them to work with your own AnimaGuru account. - When you connect a coding agent such as Codex or Claude Code, you authorize it to act on your account: to create and change projects, run generations that spend credits and submit videos. Paid actions ask for confirmation where the agent supports it, but you remain responsible for everything the agent does with your credentials. Keep your tokens secure and run `animaguru auth logout` on machines you no longer use. - The coding agent itself is a third-party product under its vendor's terms. We are not responsible for the agent's behavior, its availability or how it handles your data. - Project templates and skills are scaffolded into your own folder, and the code you create there is yours. Templates bundle third-party open-source software, such as PixiJS, under their own licenses. - We may update, limit or discontinue any integration at any time. Keep the CLI up to date; old versions may stop working. ## 9. Teams A team's owner controls its members and workspace. Owners can invite people with verified AnimaGuru accounts and remove members. Members can see and work on projects in the team workspace. The owner is responsible for the team's use of the Services. ## 10. Our intellectual property - The Services, including the software, design, templates, the AnimaGuru name and logos, belong to Docyrus and its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them under these terms. Do not use our name or logos without written permission, except for the AnimaGuru branding included in the players and templates we provide for your videos. - If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. ## 11. Third-party services The Services depend on providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and the AI providers listed in our [Privacy policy](https://animaguru.com/privacy-policy.md). Their availability and policies affect ours, and we may change providers and models at any time. ## 12. Changes, availability and support - AnimaGuru is new and changes quickly. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, models, templates or integrations, or the Services as a whole, at any time, including for maintenance. We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Export your projects and keep your own copies of anything important. - Support is provided by email at hello@animaguru.com on a best-effort basis. ## 13. Ending the relationship - You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. Unused credits are forfeited when your account is deleted at your request, or closed because you breached these terms or because it was inactive. - We may suspend or terminate your access with notice if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Services, and without notice where required for safety or legal reasons. If we discontinue the Services, we will refund the unused credits you bought at the price you paid for them; for this, credits we granted you count as used first. - Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on content licenses, disclaimers, liability, disputes and general terms, survive termination. ## 14. Disclaimers THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE FREE OF THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. ## 15. Limitation of liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCYRUS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES AND PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or, for consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory rights. ## 16. Indemnity If you use the Services for a business, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Docyrus from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the Services or your breach of these terms. ## 17. Governing law and disputes - These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction whose laws give you mandatory protections, those protections still apply, and you may bring claims in the courts of your home country. - Before starting a formal dispute, write to us at hello@animaguru.com and we will try to resolve it with you within 60 days. - If we cannot, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Claymont, Delaware, or remotely, unless you are a consumer whose law does not permit mandatory arbitration. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court or ask a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized use of the Services. Court proceedings take place in the state or federal courts in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. - You and Docyrus agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, to the extent the law allows. - You can opt out of arbitration by emailing hello@animaguru.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating that you opt out. ## 18. Changes to these terms We may change these terms as the Services evolve. We will post the updated terms here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the studio at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law or concerns a new feature. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the new terms. ## 19. General - These terms, the Privacy policy and the Cookie notice are the entire agreement between you and Docyrus about the Services. - If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. - You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or a successor. - We may communicate with you electronically, including by email and notices in the studio. - You must comply with export-control and sanctions laws when using the Services. ## 20. Contact Docyrus, Inc., Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. Email: hello@animaguru.com. --- # Public video sharing agreement _Draft version: 2026-10-15-draft-2 · October 15, 2026_ DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. This draft governs your request to make a video public on AnimaGuru. Read it before accepting. Public sharing is optional; you can keep your video private. This agreement supplements the [Terms of service](https://animaguru.com/terms-of-service.md) and should be read with the [Privacy policy](https://animaguru.com/privacy-policy.md). ## 1. Parties and the submission This agreement is between you, the account holder submitting the video, and Docyrus, Inc. (“Docyrus”, “we”), the operator of AnimaGuru. The submission includes the video or HTML5 animation, its uploaded assets, sound, music, poster, title and description. Your creator display name will be shown with an approved public video. You confirm that you are at least 18 and have authority to enter this agreement. If you act for an organisation or another rights holder, you must have authority to give the permissions and confirmations below. ## 2. Your rights and permissions You retain your rights in your submission. You confirm that you own or have the licences and permissions needed to upload it, allow staff to review it, publish it, and grant the limited licences in this agreement. AI generation does not by itself establish ownership or clear third-party rights. - Check all included material, including images, footage, characters, logos, fonts, software, music, sound recordings and performances. Obtain any required composition, recording, synchronisation, performer and other permissions for the proposed uses. - Obtain any required permissions from identifiable people for their image, voice, likeness and personal information, and any necessary parent or guardian permission involving minors. Do not upload intimate, confidential or sensitive personal information without a lawful basis and the necessary authorisation. - Your submission must comply with applicable law, the Terms of service and relevant third-party licences and AI provider conditions. You must make legally required AI or synthetic-media disclosures and must not misrepresent a person’s endorsement or identity. ## 3. Limited licence to operate the gallery You grant Docyrus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, technically process, format, stream, publicly display and make your submission available through AnimaGuru after approval. This includes serving downloads and embedded players, creating technical previews and thumbnails, and featuring the video within AnimaGuru with your creator display name. Service providers may process it only as needed to provide these functions. Before approval, the licence covers only hosting, your existing authorised access and staff review. This agreement does not transfer ownership, authorise AI model training, or authorise unrelated advertising campaigns or sale of your content. We will seek a separate permission for uses outside this scope. ## 4. What public sharing allows viewers to do After approval, anyone can watch the video, see its title, description, poster and creator display name, download the submitted export, and embed the AnimaGuru player. You authorise these uses for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to applicable third-party restrictions. This does not grant viewers ownership, commercial reuse, standalone redistribution, or a right to remove attribution. Public material may be indexed, copied, recorded or downloaded by others. We cannot recall copies people have already obtained or guarantee that others comply with these limits. If your rights or permissions do not allow these uses, keep the video private. ## 5. Review, changes and removal Requesting public sharing submits the video for staff review. It is not publicly available until staff approve it and your agreement acceptance is recorded. We may reject or remove material that violates these terms, appears unlawful, raises rights or safety concerns, or receives a credible complaint. Review does not certify copyright clearance, factual accuracy or legal compliance and does not promise publication or a review deadline. Changes to a public video’s title, description or poster require another review and suspend public availability. You may address a rejection and resubmit, change sharing to private, or delete the video. Making it private or deleting it stops public access, downloads and hosted embeds through AnimaGuru and ends the public-use licence prospectively. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recovered by us. For a rights, privacy or safety complaint, email [hello@animaguru.com](mailto:hello@animaguru.com) with the video link, the concern and supporting information. We may restrict access during investigation and contact the submitter for information. ## 6. Your responsibility and third-party claims You are responsible for checking your submission and for the confirmations and permissions you give. If you learn of a rights problem or unlawful material, make the video private and notify us promptly. Cooperate reasonably with a complaint or removal request. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse reasonable, documented losses and third-party claim costs caused by your unlawful submission or your culpable breach of these confirmations. This does not cover loss caused by Docyrus’s own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach. We will give you prompt notice of a claim and a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence; we will not agree a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. ## 7. Records and personal data We record your account and video identifiers, the accepted wording version and language, and the time of acceptance. We also record staff review decisions, notes and times to operate moderation and resolve disputes. Relevant records may remain after you make a video private or delete its files where needed for those purposes or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy policy. This acceptance is a content-sharing agreement, not blanket consent to personal-data processing, marketing, or international transfers. Any required privacy notice, lawful basis, separate consent or transfer safeguard must be addressed separately. Private videos do not become public because you use other features. ## 8. Acceptance and later revisions By actively selecting the acceptance checkbox and submitting your public-sharing request, you agree to this wording for the identified video and confirm the rights and permissions above. The checkbox is not selected for you. The English and Turkish versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. A revised agreement must have a new version identifier and will be shown for acceptance with a later public-sharing request. Prior acceptance is not treated as acceptance of unseen revised wording. The general Terms of service govern other matters, subject to mandatory applicable law. --- # Cookie notice _Last updated: October 15, 2026_ This notice explains how AnimaGuru (animaguru.com), operated by Docyrus, Inc., uses cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage, and how you can control them. ## Your choices - Essential cookies are always on.
